Usage Tips and Instructions
- Gloves, masks, goggles or respirators are not required when using or mixing this product.
- Wetting agent is not required. Clean Crop Solutions is a super surfactant and emulsifier of non-miscible substances.
- Completely compatible with all other agricultural chemicals, nutrients and other garden products.
- Safe to use in all stages of growth.
- Spraying should be done in the morning or early evening when temperatures are lower and humidity is higher to give the product more time on the leaf surface.
- Spraying in direct sun will not harm plants.
- Fill a container with clean water.
- Combine Clean Crop Solutions at a ratio of 128:1 for preventive maintenance or 64:1 for full application.
- Mix the product by stirring or agitating the solution gently.
- Spray all leaves, stems and flowers to the point of runoff. Be sure to get the underside of leaves and the top of the plant.
- Conventional sprayers, atomizers as well as electrostatic spray systems are all suitable methods of application.
The Ingredients and How They Work
The ingredients may seem odd, but this is due to the unusual nature of our formula. There are two processes that occur in the manufacturing of Clean Crop Solutions, the first being saponification, or the creation of soap by combining fatty acids and an alkyl solvent. The second is the formation of micelles through careful precise temperature control over a specific period of time. Two oils are used for their individual concentrations of myristic, palmitic, stearic, oleic and linoleic acids.
